On Tuesday, January 26th, NISPA held a panel discussion via Zoom on Health and Wellness During a Pandemic. It was a well attended event with 57 participants from 25 member schools. After the presentation, the attendees were able to ask questions on the topics covered.
On Wednesday the 25th of November we held our third Zoom Shop Manager’s Roundtable Workshop for 2020.
In September we asked for topics that were important to you for our November workshop. Three topics identified were Fundraising, Parent Engagement and Graduation.
On October 27th, Mark Bowden, voted the #1 Body Language Professional in the world for two years running, provided us with an understanding of how to run virtual meetings so that they provide a compelling method of interaction and connection.
On September 30th, we held our Welcome Back Roundtable! It was wonderful to see representatives from 26 schools sharing their ideas, concerns and joy with their colleagues.
Thank you for attending NISPA’s first virtual AGM on Wednesday, May 20th 2020! We want to thank our NISPA members for joining us today to conclude our 2019-2020 year.
We are very pleased to have had so many of our NISPA member schools join us this April to discuss several important topics that have affected our Parent Associations during these difficult times.
On February 6th , St. Michael’s College School hosted a Carousel Brainstorming Session – Engaging the Volunteer Spirit.
On Thursday, the 3rd of October, NISPA Marketplace 2019 was hosted by NISPA’s member school, The Country Day School in King City.
On September 17th we held our Welcome Back breakfast at The York School. During this event, we focused on The Power of Curiosity: How to Stay Calm, Cool and Connect – As leaders or parents (or both), navigating difficult conversations is part of our job description.
