This year the Interguild Networking event was well received at the UCC Wilder Arena Lounge. Thanks to Ellen Watts for facilitating the Survey Summary presentations! We received great feedback about the topics and had a wonderful exchange of ideas during the discussion period.
We were so pleased that so many representatives from our IG member schools and parent organizations could join us for our 21st Suppliers Day event on Tuesday the 3rd of October.
Many thanks to Toronto French School for hosting our first event of the year. The lovely La Terrace was the perfect setting for us to listen, discuss and enjoy a beautiful breakfast. There were 62 attendees from 26 schools.
The Interguild community enjoyed a day dedicated to the Fine Arts at our AGM this year. A sell-out crowd listened to a talk from SAC alumni artists Paul Mantrop and Rob Saley about their inspirations and careers, followed by a short tour of some of the school’s extensive art collection.
After a very successful Workshop event last year, we decided to try the carousel format again this year. This time we focused on Parent Engagement and asked representatives from various schools to share their successful strategies in certain areas.
