We would like to extend our sincerest appreciation to Pickering College for hosting a fabulous and delicious Presidents’ Breakfast.
In September, our annual Interguild President’s Breakfast was held at Pickering College in Newmarket, Ontario. Pickering College Association (PCA) President, Donna Fordyce, Parent and Alumni Relations Representative, Anna Cook, PC Parent and Interguild ExecutiveMember, Krystie Robinson-Vincent and Interguild Vice President, Nancy Nash worked together to create a wonderful atmosphere for our Interguild Representatives and Presidents to get to know one another.
A delicious breakfast was served by Julie from Aramark, our Chef at Pickering College and everyone had a fabulous time meeting each other and re-connecting with old friends. Pickering College Headmaster Peter Sturrup greeted guests and introduced the Guest Speaker for the day, Beth Egan. Beth is a Pickering College Alumni Parent, Past Board Member, and a generous contributor to various aspects at PC. Beth delighted everyone with an excellent speech about staying involved in your child’s school once they have graduated. It was great to hear so many wonderful stories about how parents can stay connected and involved even after their children have moved on.
