Sold Out AGM
The Interguild community enjoyed a day dedicated to the Fine Arts at our AGM this year. A sell-out crowd listened to a talk from SAC alumni artists Paul Mantrop and Rob Saley about their inspirations and careers, followed by a short tour of some of the school’s extensive art collection.
Everyone then got a chance to create their own art pieces under the expert direction of the two professional artists. Interguild members proved to be a talented and creative bunch as they painted their interpretation of spring flowers using acrylic paints. There was much admiration of each other’s artwork, and whether a new talent was discovered or not, all agreed they had a lot of fun and went home proudly clutching their art!
