About The NISPA Executive
The NISPA is led by a team of parents from different CIS Ontario schools.
They organize and execute five member events per year and recruit schools to join the NISPA.
Krystie Robinson-Vincent
Pickering College
Krystie Robinson-Vincent, RN PhD, is the Past President of the NISPA and has been involved with NISPA for the past 5 years. She has served as the President (2018-2019), Vice President (2017-2018) as well as Communications and Social Media Coordinator (2014-2019).
She currently chairs the Staff Appreciation Committee at Pickering College and is the Food and Entertainment Coordinator for the Holiday Home Tour. Krystie also sits on the Gala Committee and serves as the Coordinator for the Entertainment Committee. She has chaired the Holiday Home Tour for 3 years and the Spring Luncheon for 2 years. In terms of other volunteer involvement, Krystie currently volunteers to manage both of her son’s Rep Hockey teams.
Krystie is a Professor in the Faculty of Nursing and Health Sciences at the University of Ontario Institute of Technology. She teaches courses in Statistics, Pathophysiology, Research Methods, and the Life Sciences.
Krystie is married with two son’s aged 9 and 11 who have attended Pickering College since Junior Kindergarten. She loves spending time in the Outdoors, hiking, cycling, swimming, and loves to Travel.
Domenica Coppa
Holy Trinity School
Domenica Coppa is a proud mom to three children, Charles (St. Andrew’s College 2015), Celina (Holy Trinity School 2017) and Erica (Holy Trinity School 2022). Domenica holds a Bachelor of Education degree from the University of Toronto and the ARCT (The Associate of The Royal Conservatory) Teacher’s diploma. She has volunteered at her children’s schools in many different capacities. She was part of the Gala committee at SAC and as a volunteer for the last 15 years at HTS, Domenica has contributed countless hours in various aspects of school life including Gala Co-Chair, Director of Events and most recently President of the HTS Parents’ Guild. She will be taking on the role of Past President for the next two years as well as serving on the HTS Board of Governors.
Domenica enjoys fitness, reading and travelling with her family. She is grateful for this opportunity and is looking forward to her new role on the NISPA Ontario Executive.
Kerstin Lueck
The York School
Kerstin Lueck, MA Economics, is the President of the NISPA and has been involved since 2017, initially serving as the Treasurer (2017-2018).
From 2013 to 2018 Kerstin sat on the Executive Committee of the York School Parent Association where she served as the Treasurer. Furthermore she continuously volunteered in other areas of the school as well among them the York School International Parents Group.
Originally from Germany and after having worked for many years in High/ Ultra High Networth Wealth Management and Treasury in various European countries and Canada, she now is a member of the DDA and TSA and focuses on Real Estate Property Management.
Kerstin is married with one son aged 13 who has been attending The York School since Junior Kindergarten.
Susan Ianni
Holy Trinity School
Susan Ianni has been part of the Holy Trinity School community since 2003. She is the mother of three wonderful daughters — Kristen (2015), Lauren (2018) and Isabel (2021).
She has had the opportunity to get involved in many areas of volunteering including grade parent for multiple years and grade levels, primary grade parent leader, family mentor, library volunteer, scholastic book coordinator, lost and found coordinator and heads the HTS clothing drive for the Philippines. For the past two years she has enjoyed being the Director of Finance on the Holy Trinity School Parents’ Guild.
Susan holds a Honours Bachelor of Business Administration from Wilfrid Laurier University and was a Chartered Accountant working in both public and private service for many years.
She enjoys staying active with curling, running and fitness workouts. She also loves spending time with family, photography and travelling.
Susan is excited to join the NISPA executive as Treasurer and is looking forward to working with a great group of people from different schools.
Jackie Sklenka

The York School, Crescent School
Jackie Sklenka is the Co-ordinator of NISPA's Marketplace event (formerly known as Interguild Suppliers Day), undertaking that role since 2017, having initially joined as a Member-at-large in 2016. Jackie, her husband, and family moved to Toronto from Perth, Australia in 2009. Prior to the move, Jackie ran a small public relations agency providing full PR service in the FMCG and events sectors. She has an almost 16-year-old daughter and a 13-year-old son who started at The York School in Grade 2 and Senior Kindergarten respectively. Her son moved to Crescent School for Grade 7 and her daughter is in Grade 10 at The York School. At York Jackie currently sits on the YPA Executive as Co-Chair of the Senior School, she had been a long-standing class parent representative and continues to volunteer for many school-wide events. Jackie is also a founding member of the York International Parents group and continues to be involved in the co-ordination of this social group. In addition to Jackie’s two children, she has a min Aussie Doodle called Hugo, loves being outdoors, spending time with her friends, meeting new people, traveling and working out at the gym.

Appleby College, St Michael's College School
Tanya Giaquinto, B.A.Sc; B.A., is starting her first year with NISPA. She has served on different boards including elementary schools councils in different positions. She has run with grade school parents Fun Food Fridays at St. Gregory School along with Wellness Day events for the Grade 7’s and 8”s. She was a registered dietitian for approximately 20 plus years creating and giving presentations on a variety of health and wellness topics in business and school settings. This also included food demonstrations on eating well and nutritional counselling. She retired from the profession to focus on other projects. Tanya has two children, her daughter Tamara attending Appleby College and her son attending St. Michael’s College School.
Connie Castillo

Montcrest School
Connie Castillo, RN(EC), MS is the Connects April Representative and has been involved with the Interguild for the past 4 years as the representative for Montcrest School. In addition to the Interguild representative role, she has been the treasurer of the Montcrest Parent’s Association since 2017.
Connie also volunteers as a Nurse Practitioner for a street youth walk-in clinic in downtown Toronto. She is married and has an 11 year-old daughter who keeps her busy with school and her various activities.

Rachel O’Donovan is a proud mom to two children, Kieran (Gr. 2, St. John’s-Kilmarnock) and Kayleigh (Junior K., St. John’s-Kilmarnock). Rachel holds a Bachelor of Arts in Speech Communication from the University of Waterloo with a minor in German. She has volunteered at her children’s school in various activities. Rachel has served the PA in the Secretary role as well as volunteering for many school events. Rachel is also on the board for KidsAbility a local charity that connects children with learning delays with therapists. In her downtime, Rachel enjoys cooking for her family and curating new exciting recipes for her blog @TheMillennialHost, travelling and skiing. Rachel is appreciative she was chosen for this opportunity and is looking forward to her new role on the NISPA Ontario Executive.

Patricia is a capital markets executive with over 20 years experience in risk management. She has been recognized for her leadership and ability to think globally across asset classes in developing and driving business strategies. Patricia is a Women in Capital Markets award recipient as well a member of the Canadian Board Diversity Council’s Canada’s Top 50 Board Ready Candidates cohort. She is an active board director and volunteer within her community. Since 2014, she has been a parents’ association volunteer served as Secretary, President and Past President at De La Salle College and served as Secretary of the NISPA Executive Committee as well as Vice President of the St. Michael’s College School PA. Along with an MBA obtained at the Schulich School of Business, she is a certified Board Director and holds the ICD.D designation.

Nancy Nash
The York School, St. Michael’s College School
Nancy Nash is currently a member at large of NISPA. She previously held the positions of Past President, President, Vice-President, and NISPA Connects Co-ordinator.
Prior to that Nancy attended many NISPA events in her role as the representative for St. Michael’s College School. At SMCS she also was in charge of the auctions for The Big Blue Benefit for two years. At York School she was Vice-Chair for the Junior School, and one of the coordinators of the school fundraiser, Night on the Town, for several years. Additionally, she is part of York International Parents community.
Nancy has three children and three dogs. She also volunteers for The Shoebox Project as an area coordinator.
