Andrea is the proud mom to two amazing boys, Matthew ('26) and Ethan ('29), currently attending Appleby College. Over the past few years, Andrea has been actively engaged in the Fern Hill and Linbrook School Parent Associations and has most recently served as the Fundraising Chair for the Appleby College Parents' Association. She has enjoyed volunteering as a New Parent Buddy, organizing the ACPA ski trip, and working in the college shop.
Andrea holds a BA in Sociology from Dalhousie University, and a postgraduate degree in Education from Medaille College. After spending a decade teaching in underserved communities, she returned to school to train as an interior designer and has recently retired. Andrea is passionate about community engagement and enjoys volunteering for many different organizations. In her free time, Andrea finds inspiration by travelling, staying active outdoors, and cheering her boys on in their various sports.
SADIA ANSARI HILLFIELD STRATHALLAN COLLEGE

Sadia was born and raised in Pakistan. She completed her MBA from QAU before moving to USA. She moved to Canada 17 years ago, is a mother of 3 kids, 2 of whom are at HSC. Sadia loves networking with other schools for ideas and how to incorporate them in the best way possible.
Emily has been a member of the NISPA board for the past 3 years, acting as Social Media Coordinator and Vice Chair.
Emily is a Country Day School Parent Association Past President. She has been on the CDS Parent Executive for the last six years in capacities such as Grade Parent Coordinator, Volunteer Coordinator and Vice-President. From the first day of her daughter starting junior kindergarten at CDS, Emily has been actively involved in the community; volunteering as grade parent, assisting with the preowned uniform sale, making phone calls to welcome new families, helping with annual Auction set up, attending parent socials & coffee mornings.
Professionally, Emily has worked in both the nonprofit & for profit sectors in a business development capacity. Currently she is lending her talents to Minelec Ltd where she is heading up business development and marketing. She holds a Masters from the University of Michigan.
In her free time you will find Emily enjoying being on Georgian Bay or the Gulf of Mexico with her family and friends. When she's not there you will find her listening to an audio book or podcast while hiking with her dog.
Stephanie has three children at Holy Trinity School. She has been an active member of the school community since 2015 and she has been volunteering at various events at school. Stephanie previously held a position in the Parent Association as the Director of Grade Parents Program and Communications Coordinator from 2020-2023. Stephanie joined NISPA this year as a co-Treasurer, she is looking forward to working alongside with all the amazing members from different schools.
Stephanie graduated from Wilfrid Laurier University in Economics. In her previous corporate roles, Stephanie served in the financial industry with accounting and client relationships experience in Toronto and Hong Kong.
Stephanie strongly believes that volunteering is the best way to give back to the community and a perfect way to get her children involved. She enjoys activities with her family including sports and travelling.
LINA KHATIB UPPER CANADA COLLEGE AND BISHOP STRACHAN SCHOOL

Lina joined NISPA’s Board in 2025, serving in the role of Secretary. She has two children: Noah, who attends Upper Canada College, and Amelie, who attends the Bishop Strachan School. Lina is an active member of the Parent Prep Organization at the Upper Canada College, serving as Class Rep and Volunteer Coordinator and she is also looking forward to taking on the Grade Rep role at the Bishop Strachan School this upcoming school year.
Lina is a policy strategist and writer with a career spanning the nonprofit, government, and corporate sectors, where she has led work in equity-driven policy, organizational culture, and social impact. Lina is an experienced facilitator and coach, delivering a variety of learning experiences focused on leadership development and fostering equitable workplaces for all. Lina holds a Master’s degree from the School of Policy Studies at Queen’s University and a Bachelor of Arts from York University. When she is not spending time with family, she volunteers with organizations that promote women & youth empowerment.
KRYSTIE ROBINSON-VINCENT PICKERING COLLEGE

Krystie Robinson-Vincent, RN PhD, is the Past President of NISPA and has been involved with NISPA for the past 11 years. She has served as the President (2018-2019, 2020-2021), Vice President (2017-2018), Past President (2019-2020, 2021-2022), as well as Communications (2014-2024) and Social Media Coordinator (2014-2020).
Krystie is the Chair of the Pickering College Association and has enjoyed this position for the past five years. Krystie has also chaired the Staff Appreciation Committee at Pickering College and is the Food and Entertainment Coordinator for the Holiday Home Tour. Krystie also sits on the Gala Committee and serves as the Coordinator for the Entertainment Committee. She has chaired the Holiday Home Tour for three years and the Spring Luncheon for two years. In terms of other volunteer involvement, Krystie currently volunteers to manage both of her son's Rep Hockey teams.
Krystie is a Professor in the Faculty of Nursing and Health Sciences. She teaches courses in Non-Communicable Diseases, Pathophysiology, Research Methods, and Graduate seminars on Knowledge Translation.
Krystie is married with two sons aged 15 and 17 who have attended Pickering College since Junior Kindergarten. She loves spending time outdoors — hiking, cycling, swimming, and loves to travel with the favourite destination of the family in Turks and Caicos and England to visit family members.
ALEX TINKER TRINITY COLLEGE SCHOOL

Alex Tinker is pleased to serve a second year on the NISPA board as membership committee chair. As a proud parent of two Trinity College School students, Kate ('28) and Robert ('31), Alex has been deeply involved in the TCS community since 2020. Her contributions to Trinity College School include her current role as Vice President of the TCS Parents' Guild, her past leadership as chair of the social committee organizing events for TCS parents, her service as a Class Parent as well as volunteering at the many events held for TCS students throughout the year.
Alex's academic background includes a Bachelor of Science from McGill University and a Bachelor of Education from the University of Ottawa. She worked as a high school science teacher in Toronto until Alex and her family relocated from Toronto in 2020. They now split their time between Port Hope and Orono, where she enjoys hiking and snowshoeing in the Ganaraska Forest, skiing at Brimacombe ski hill, exploring new places through travel, and dedicating her free time to writing fiction.

Lipsica Rore epitomizes the intersection of philanthropy, community engagement, and education, bringing a mosaic of experience and fervour to her role as Vice President of the Ridley College Family Guild.
Lipsica holds a postgraduate degree in Masters of Musculoskeletal Physiotherapy, specializing in the intricate mechanics of the human body. Additionally, she possesses a degree in Hospital Administration, providing her with a comprehensive understanding of healthcare systems and organizational management.
As a proud parent and devoted wife, she has a wonderful 11-year-old son Varnit Rore who attends Ridley College. Varnit is a Taekwondo Black Belt Den 2 and has been a part of various Tournaments being in Ridley team for Squash and Tennis. Spending quality time with him is her utmost priority, whether it's traveling to new destinations, playing tennis together, or indulging in their shared love for flying.
With a proven track record in healthcare management, Lipsica has successfully owned and operated a chain of clinics, overseeing their day-to-day operations with precision and care. Her leadership extends beyond healthcare, as she has also served on the board of the Fort Erie Tennis Club, contributing to the promotion of sportsmanship and community engagement. Additionally, Lipsica has utilized her platform to empower women through a leading NGO, where she spearheaded initiatives to train more than 10,000 women in India with various self-help groups, promoting economic independence and empowerment.
Lipsica is deeply invested in health and wellness within her community. She has organized seminars on healthy living, focusing on topics such as posture and ergonomics for both adults and children. Furthermore, Lipsica is passionate about the healing power of art and has conducted workshops on using art as a form of therapy. She is also certified as an Etiquette Consultant for adults and children, emphasizing the importance of social grace and manners in today's society. She has been actively involved in organizing various school and guild fundraisers, as well as social events like Bowling socials and community food drive programs at Ridley College. These initiatives have not only strengthened bonds among parents, students, and faculty but have also played a vital role in enriching the educational experience for all members of our school.
In conclusion, I am eager to bring my passion for education, community, and empowerment to the Network of Independent School Parent Association. I am confident that my diverse experiences and unwavering commitment to serving others will make a meaningful contribution to the ongoing success of NISPA and its mission.
KAY TSANG HOLY TRINITY SCHOOL

Kay is a champion and advocate for volunteerism and community building. As a proud parent of two children at Holy Trinity School (HTS), she has been actively involved in the HTS community since her family joined in 2021. Currently serving as an Executive on the Parent Association, she led her team in launching and expanding the Gently Used Uniform Program and contributing to the many school initiatives and events that build community and connection. She enjoys volunteering as it is a wonderful opportunity for parents and children to develop the lifelong habit of community building.
Professionally, Kay brings a background in healthcare where she demonstrated a commitment to fostering patient focused relationships built on trust, respect and understanding.
Kay is thrilled to join the NISPA Board and is excited for the opportunity to serve alongside such an amazing group of individuals in building a community that fosters engagement and connection.
TRACY MUXLOW COUNTRY DAY SCHOOL

Tracy has been a part of the Country Day School community since 2020 and recently served as President of the CDS Parent Association. Since one of her primary goals at CDS was to create more connection points between parents and the school, Tracy and her incredible PA team launched a series of new events this year: Monday morning tennis clinics in the fall, mixed pickleball evening clinics in the winter, a cooking class from the incredible chefs in the CDS Dining Hall and a relaxing ‘Sound Bowl’ meditation event in April. Tracy loves meeting new people and creating meaningful experiences and is thus very excited to be joining NISPA as an Events Committee Member next year.
Tracy has three children – her youngest son, Scott, will graduate from CDS in 2026 while Sarah (CDS ’22) is in her 3rd year of Queen’s Commerce and her older son, Matthew, graduated from Business at StFX last year and is working full time in Banff (lucky guy!).
Tracy has a BComm from Queen’s and spent 15 years in various marketing roles at Kraft, Unilever, Coke and Nike before moving into headhunting in 2008 as a partner at a mid-sized firm in Toronto. She launched her own recruitment firm in 2017, Talent Innovation, and enjoys working with clients to recruit top talent, while also providing career coaching to both students and executives.
In her free time Tracy loves all sports, but especially running, golf, skiing and playing tennis. Tracy and her family have lived in Aurora for over 20 years but are planning to move up to Penetang (on Georgian Bay) in September 2026 when they will officially be ‘empty nesters’. Tracy is looking forward to volunteering with NISPA next year and giving back to the community in her final year as a CDS parent!
NINA NAQVI UPPER CANADA COLLEGE

Nina is a registered architect with the Ontario Association of Architects (OAA) and holds both a Bachelor and Master of Architecture from McGill University. She currently works as a building official, specializing in code regulations, and is actively pursuing her Project Management certification. With a strong foundation in architecture and a keen interest in interior design, she is particularly passionate about creating thoughtful, beautiful spaces for families.
A committed parent within the school community, Nina has a son attending Upper Canada College (UCC) and a daughter at Allenby. This is her first year serving on the NISPA board. She also serves on the executive board of the UCC Parents’ Organization as Volunteer Coordinator, having previously contributed in a variety of volunteer roles within the UCC Prep School.
Creativity is at the heart of Nina's personal and professional life. She is a published children’s book author, a creator of arts and crafts products for kids, and an avid designer of playful, functional spaces for young learners. In her spare time, she enjoys traveling to places with rich architectural heritage, photographing unique spaces, and finding inspiration in creative expression.
Through her diverse experience, creative outlook, and deep community involvement, Nina brings a unique and valuable perspective to the NISPA board.
LORI LATTER APPLEBY COLLEGE
SHOP MANAGERS COMMITTEE MEMBER
Lori Latter is the College Shop Manager at Appleby College. She has worked in this position for the past seven years. During this time, she has transitioned the store into its recent location and works very closely with the Parents Association. Lori works hand in hand with over 100 parent volunteers in the shop and enjoys getting to know all the families so closely.
Lori holds an Early Childhood Education diploma from Mohawk College as well as a Bachelor of Arts degree from Brock University. Lori is a dedicated professional and mother of three energetic boys, the youngest of which is currently attending Appleby College in Upper One.
Lori enjoys cheering on her boys in all their extracurricular sports. She also enjoys spending time with family & friends and hiking with her dog around the waterfalls and trails in her beautiful neighbourhood.
Lori loves attending NISPA meetings and enjoys networking with all of the Shop Managers and NISPA parents.

Jennifer has been a Senior Medical Device Territory Manager with Boston Scientific for twenty-one years and has recently expanded her role to include Field Sales Trainer. Jennifer holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree from Dalhousie University.
Jennifer has four children; her daughters are students at Canada’s National Ballet School (‘25 & ‘27). Jennifer’s oldest son is a student at St. Andrew’s College (‘29) and her youngest son is a student at Pope Francis (‘33).
During her son’s first year at St. Andrew’s College, she was involved supporting the Parent Guild Social Media activities, including the Christmas Market, Red & White Gala, Sponsorship, Acquisitions and Publicity.
Jennifer enjoys spending time with her family & friends, walking her 3-year-old Australian Labradoodle and Pilates classes.
