Member Support

Your membership expires on June 30th of the subscribed year. You will be able to renew your membership 60 days prior to the expiration date. If you are the School Account Owner, you will see a link to renew on the My Account and Payment History pages. 

Once a School account is created on the NISPA website there is no need to register for a new account again.

The outgoing President (school account owner) updates the contact details to the incoming President each year. Using official emails will help make this transition easier.

Change of Presidents

If your School has a new President (School account owner), please edit your profile with the new President's contact details. Use your official School email. Provide the new President with the password to access the account.

If your new President is already a representative under your School Account please contact us to transfer ownership of your account.

Retiring From Your Organisation

If you are no longer continuing with your school organisation, please edit your profile with the new President's contact details. Please do not cancel or abandon your School Account. If your School will continue with its NISPA Membership then School Account can be handed over to whomever is taking over from you.
