NISPA Membership — Account Management & Renewal

Understanding Your School Account

  • Each school has ONE main account with a designated Account Owner (typically your PA President)
  • Up to 2 additional representatives can have sub-accounts under the main account
  • Only the Account Owner can renew memberships and manage representatives

Annual Renewal Process

  • Memberships expire on 30th June each year
  • Renewal becomes available 60 days before expiry
  • To renew: The Account Owner logs in > Goes to "My Account" or "Payment History" > Clicks the "Renew" button

For New PA Presidents (Becoming the Account Owner)

  • The outgoing President should:
    1. Log in to the School Account
    2. Select "Edit Your Profile"
    3. Update with your contact information
    4. Share the login credentials with you
  • Once you have access, you can update the password for security

Managing Additional Representatives

  • The Account Owner can add or remove representatives by:
    1. Logging into the School Account
    2. Going to Account Management
    3. Deleting old representatives when they leave
    4. Adding new representatives as needed

Important Reminders

  • Do not create a new account if your school already has one
  • Do not abandon your school account when leadership changes
  • Using official school email addresses makes transitions easier
  • If you're unsure about your school's account status, contact communications@nispa.ca
